On July 1st, Ambassador Nakatsugawa paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Mr. Costas Hampiaouris, Minister of Education and Culture. They exchanged views on the ways to strengthen the bilateral relations between Japan and Cyprus in the fields of higher education, culture, sports and youth.
