On 10 November 2025, Ambassador Satoshi Iwasaki paid a courtesy visit to the President of the House of Representatives, Mrs. Annita Demetriou.
Mrs. Demetriou expressed her warm welcome for Ambassador Iwasaki to Cyprus as well as sincere gratitude for Japan’s long-standing support regarding the Cyprus issue. They also exchanged their views on strengthening the bilateral relations and further promoting high-level exchanges between Japan and Cyprus.
