Scholarships of the Japanese Government (MEXT) - Undergraduate students for 2019

Undergraduate students 

The Government of Japan annually grants the Monbukagakusho (MEXT) scholarships to Cypriot citizens wishing to continue their studies in Japanese universities  as undergraduate students.
 
According to the new Monbukagakusho scholarship program (MEXT) for 2019, the closing date for submission of applications is 31 May 2018 (no application will be accepted after the deadline). Applications are submitted to the Cultural Department of the Embassy of Japan in Greece.
 
Please carefully read the detailed information (Application guidelines) for the necessary documents and download the following forms:
1. Application form
2. Direct Placement Preference form
3. Recommendation form
4. Medical certificate

※ The above originals must be submitted together with two (2) copies.
※ The documents 1. (Application form) and 2. (Direct Placement Preference form) must be typed.
※ The applications are submitted to the Educational Department or sent by post.  
※ The submitted documents are not returned.
※ In case of rejection the Embassy of Japan is not obligated to justify its decision. After the ekdosi of the results, there is no procedure or re-examination and objections are not accepted.
